| Rog looks at Fletch for a second, blinking then responds to Willow, "Bazzalth, leader of neighbor clan. Bazzalth clan and my clan fight for always. Little hobbits mercenary for Bazzalth. Rog not have anything for you for saving, but Rog has secret recipe." Rog will teach you a cooking recipe and tell you more of Bazzalth if you agree to dine with her. | |

| Dinner with a giant? Could this day get any better? As long as humans aren't on the menu and there's beer, I'll stay for dinner. As Redwolfe is rooting through the halflings dead bodies, starting with the leader, he will call up to Rog, "Dinner would be great. We will need a fire. I bet you are great at making giant fires? I also bet you like games. Let's play a game. Rog, how quickly can you make a really big fire?" Specifically as he is searching the halflings, he is detecting magic, looking for items he can identify, more vials of invisibility, or some flour. Anyone have a couple pounds of flour on them? That's it! "Rog, do you happen to have a giant pouch of flour on you?" | |

| Rog like game. Rog wips up a fire and proceeds to cook you each a delicious omlet. The bard keeps throwing wet grass on the flames to produce excess smoke. As you enjoy this delicious meal, she explains that you should be careful not to burp, because in doing so you will release a poisonous vapor. Fletcher, Redwolfe, and Willow learn Apprentice Cooking, and a Master level recipe: Green Dragon Omlette! Green Dragon Omlette grants the recipient a powerful poison gas breath attack in the next 24 hours. Requires: 1 Green Dragon egg, an onion, and butter made from the milk of a grizzly bear. Makes 4 Servings.
As you eat, Rog tells you that Bazzalth is a green dragon that has been plaguing the hill giants for generations, but occationally the hill giant clan is able to take out one of the beasts or raid their lairs. They have done this recently and angered Bazzalth when they killed her mate and stole her eggs. Rog frowns and says this was the last egg, but she hopes to get more soon. Bazzalth was crafty and put a bounty on her clan, and many strange people have been seeking Rog to capture and take back to the Green Dragon.

| Fletcher indeed, locates a void in the smoke and wildly swings his short sword at the halfing. A moment later a decapetated halfling appears. Fletcher cleans his sword on the hobbit's cloak. Redwolfe sees the commotion, "Great job...Fletcher was it? I think I will write a ballad of this glorious fight." Redwolfe holds up his arms and looks dreamily into the horrizon, "I will call it, the Day Fletcher Killed the Last Person That Held Information!" Fletch sits down and eats his omlette and mumbles, "Doesn't sound like a very good song."
LOOT: 6 Daggers 1 Short Sword 1 Rusted Short Sword 20 flight Arrows 1 Short bow 1 Spear 6 small leather chest armors 6 small baladranas 6 pair small cloth gloves 6 pair small boots 1 empty vial On the Comander: 1 fluid filled vial 1 small pouch with 30 Silver Pieces

| As if on que, a man steps into the firelight. He tosses down an incapacitated hobbit. You reconize him from town, a quiet traveler who keeps to himself mostly. The man then tends to his animals, bandaging the massive horse and then repairing the armor of his small band of companions. | |

| Aramis Grimm spends the next day travelling with the caravan. He checks the bandages on Brutis and removes them, satisfied he is well. That night he also removes the bandages on Goliath. He wanders close only once, to see what you have done with the unconsious halfling. | |

| Fletcher takes two daggers. If the bard and willow don't mind, he is good with a bow and will take the short bow and arrows. The rest of the halflings armor and things should fetch a fair price which we can split along with their gold. | |

| You arrive at Ithyank early in the day. The scent of warm baked bread mixes with the smell of morning dew. This town consists mainly of half-elves, but humans and hobbits are known to live here as well. Places of Buisness: Bakery The Sun and Fiddle Inn Blacksmith The Flawless Vase Pottery Shop
Before heading into town with the caravan, you must decide the fate of your halfling prisoner.

| Was there a cleric on this caravan? Yes, great. What, and he set everyone's wounds and healed everyone that came to him as we are all pilgrims and people love doing the right thing? Now we're talking.
Can Redwolfe determine the nature of the potion?
When we get to town, Red will take the halfling plunder in and sell it for everyone. His charisma and spells makes it easier to get good prices. He didn't have a damn thing to do with any hostage and doesn't feel obligated to worry about him. Besides, he has new beer to try, new stories to sing about, and new barmaids to bed.

| Grimm seeing the murdering hobbit (that was requested for questioning) about to be forgetten, plucks him up. He carves the glyph for "evil" across his forhead with a knife and turns him into the local authorities to be hanged. He then dissapears into the small town procuring supplies. | |

| The hobbit is turned into the town marshal who tries to get a full explaination on the subject from Grimm, but is denied by the man's rough and quiet nature. Redwolfe is able to sell the remaining items from the attack on Rog bringing the groups total coin to 25 Gold Pieces. There was no cleric in the caravan, but there is a young cleric in town overseeing the construction of a new temple to a nature god. Many druids are also present helping in the work. For any donation(at least an SP) , the cleric will heal normal injuries.
Redwolfe may try to identify the liquid filled vial, but is penalized as it is not an item. 10% chance to identify.
It is possible for Willow to teach apprentice Bowyer/Fletcher, but would need an incentive to do it, knowledge of skills are among the most highly prized. For players to teach players, it would also take at least a few weeks(in game time of dedicated training, or when creating items with the padawon if a critical success is made, she could forgo the item bonuses to transfer the knowledge to you.
You hear word from others in caravan group that were looking for work that the man looking for labor can be found at the inn.
Places of Buisness: Bakery The Sun and Fiddle Inn Blacksmith The Flawless Vase Pottery Shop
You can also visit the temple construction site.

| Willow and anyone else that makes their way to the Sun and Fiddle discover an elf at a table in the corner of the tavern. He has several pieces of parchment in front of him. A barmaid tells Willow he has been there for a fortnight trying to find adventurers to help him begin some kind of guild. Willow moves closer to the table and listens to the elf talk to several members that came in with you all from Harbor View.
"...against all the evils of the land will we seek to thwart. And a great enemy is drawing near, soon their great evil will be loosed upon these lands. First though, we must find a place where we can establish ourselves more properly. We cannot sit within the walls of the Sun and Fiddle long."
A barmaid pouring spiced mead for Willow wispers, "well thats a relief." and smiles.
The elf continues, "...and I have two very promissing sites in mind that are not too far from here."
After much ranting of the riteous little elf, Willow sifts through and discerns the gems of information to be: 1: A strange elf needs help in establishing a guild of good. 2: The guild has a higher purpose of defending this land from a prophesized evil. 3: The elf is only paying 5 gold up front to help him, with the vague promise of glory and future riches. 4: Everyone hearing his rants and pleas are totally pissed for travelling any distance for this balony.

| Redwolfe will donate some silver to the cleric to get his boo-boos all healed up. Then he's hitten' the bar. Hearing the reaction, he'll ask the owner if he could use a bard and some business. He'll use his insanely high charisma and advanced bardic abilities to raise the crowds mood from pissed off to less angry, but at least there's beer here. Hey let's have something to drink. Don't forget to tip the waitresses. | |
